To have a document which was executed in the Sultanate of Oman be accepted in the People's Republic of China, the document shall,

Ⅰ.Be notarized by a Omani Notary Public.

Ⅱ.Be authenticated by the Legalization Office (LO) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman.

Ⅲ.Be authenticated by this Embassy.

If the document was issued by an office of Omani Government or a public institution, it can be directly sent to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman for authentication before it undergoes authentication by this Embassy.
